Improvement of the working environment in "Marina Grand Beach" through ensuring good and safe working conditions

"BIRS" OOD in Marina Beach Hotel is going to put into effect an implementation of an integrated human resources management system (ISUCHR) with purpose of optimizing working processes, implementation of flexible working time and various practises concerning increasement of professional life of more older employees (above 54 years of age). The innovative labour organization model which is to be achieved by implementing ISUCHR, will cover the employees of the target group. The aim is increasing labour productivity and implementation of measures, concerning environment protection policies. Project proposal includes procurement of a collective protection equipment, including modernization and/or reconstruction and/or securing of existing sites associated with improving working conditions; providing work places with working furniture (work chairs) when working with video display to overcome the risk of unfavorable working posture; replacement of lighting system in offices of the administrative staff and replacement of lighting system in the operator's room according to application to article 4, paragraph 1 of Regulation №7/ 2005. Will be provided personal protective equipment and transmitted to employees through acceptance protocol: orthopedic shoes, vision correction devices, working waterproof aprons, protective helmet, gloves - waterproof/heat protection, etc. A training about healthy and safety working conditions of the employees will be conducted in 3 moduls (45 studying hours minimum 45 employees), which includes improvement of first aid and mutual aid competencies. The social benefits in "BIRS"OOD will be improved - repair, purchase of equipment and furnishing a place for recreation and dining. At the time of application the company has an employment rate of 234 employees, of whon 49 above the age of 54 years and 5 employees - with disabilities.
