Good and safe working conditions in KMD Ltd.

The "Good and safe working conditions in KMD Ltd. aims: "To ensure the optimal organization of work, good and safe working conditions and opportunities for fulfilling professional life working in KMD Ltd". The specific objectives of the project are: 1. To introduce new systems, practices and tools for human resource development and labor organization 2. To optimize workflows and introduce practices to extend the working life of older workers 3. To limit the impact of risk factors in the work environment and to ensure a high level of health and safety 4. To provide benefits in the enterprise to increase work satisfaction. These objectives will be achieved through implementation of the following activities: 1: Development and introduction of systems of Labour Organisation, management and development of human resources; 2: Ensure the collective protection devices to improve the work enviroment parameters; 3: Supply of personal protective equipment and protective clothing for workers in KMD LTD; 4: Repair and equipment of recreational, dining and relaxation in KMD LTD. 5:Training of workers and employees on specific health risks associated with the workstation and the methods and the means of their control and prevention; 6: Organization and management of the project; 7: Information and publicity of the project; Target group in the project proposal will be included in employment persons in KMD LTD, city of Plovdiv, which amount to 362.
