Good and safe working conditions in Astroida LTD

The purpose of the project proposal is sustainable improvement of the organization of labor and the working conditions at Astroida OOD. In order to achieve the purpose of the project proposal, a set of interrelated activities have been determined: • Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development, as well as practices that will extend the working life of older employees. Introduction of innovative models for work organization that will increase productivity and will ensure environmental protection. • Providing safe and healthy working conditions that will improve employees’ professional and health statuses through collective means of protection – purchasing fifteen (15) local aspiration systems. • Providing safe and healthy working conditions that will improve employees’ professional and health statuses through personal protective equipment and special work-wear. • Providing safe and healthy working conditions that will improve employees’ professional and health statuses through trainings in regard with the specific risks at the workplace and training concerning safety while using the newly introduced work equipment, purchased through this project. • Providing social benefits to employees, including repairing and dining the recreation and eating areas in the company. Amongst the planned activities are such for the organization and management purposes, and information and publicity purposes. Horizontal principals of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development will be observed.
