Better and safer working conditions in the "Gelak" Ltd.

The main objective of the project proposal is to improve the working environment in "GELAK" Ltd., by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which will improve the quality of jobs and will reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise. For the implementation of the project objectives the following activities will be realized: 1. Development, adaptation and introduction of systems for human resource development in "GELAK" Ltd.; 2. Providing a safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees of "GELAK" Ltd., by providing means of collective protection; 3. Organization and project management; 4. Information and publicity for the project. Management, monitoring and reporting of the project will be executed in accordance with Guidance for the implementation of grant contracts under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020. Nowadays achieving a higher labor productivity and more competitive and efficient workforce requires implementation of innovative forms of work organization and human resource management. The most valuable asset of a company are the human resources. Therefore the activities towards the prevention and reduction of occupational accidents and diseases is of particular significance for the company and its development. The improvement of the safety and healthy work conditions is as essential part of the objectives of this project proposal and are enshrined in the general and specific objectives of the current Grant Scheme BG05M9OP001-1.008 "Good and safe working conditions".
