Improving the working environment in MIV Engineering Ltd.

"MIV Engineering" Ltd is principally engaged in the design, construction and maintenance of el.i low voltage systems. The company has attracted in its composition some of the best young professionals and carries out its activities over the years established international standards and norms. This project provides for the introduction of innovative models of work organization and improving the working environment. By providing the company with software for human resources management and implementation of programs for their development, investment in collective and personal protective equipment, promotion of geographical mobility and the provision of social benefits staff will cover the whole purpose of the procedure: "To improve working environment in enterprises by providing safe working conditions .. " The target group are employed in "MIV Engineering" Ltd - 32, incl. -2 Persons over AD 54. Planned activities: 1.1.Development of System HRD 1.2.Development and implementation of specialized software for HRM 2.Ensures of transport to and from the workplace "MIV Engineering" Ltd 3.1.Ensures of PSC 3.2.buying of PPE and SROs 3.4.Organizing of training on spetsif.risk over health related ind.working place. 4.Ensuring of dining and recreation employees 5.Activities for organization development and project management 6.Activities for information and publicity results: Develop programs for HRD-3 pcs. Develop and embedded software for HR management-1pc. -buying PSCq PPE and SROs -organized specialized training-4 pcs. -provided a place for food and rest -Produce inf.tabeli- 2 pcs. -Produce inf.tabeli for PSC -5 pcs. -published messages on national level edition-2 pcs. -Retention of working places after the project for a minimum of 6 m, 15 pcs. (in t.ch.2 persons over54g.) Covering all laws OHS will increase satisfaction and safety of personnel, which will ensure increase productivity and quality of service company.
