Improving working conditions in BG INSULATION LTD

BG IZOLACIA LTD was established in Silistra in 2013. a construction company. This project proposal is aimed at improving working conditions and risk prevention in the course of daily business activities BG IZOLACIA LTD. Currently the company employs 63 people. The main objective of the management is related to ensuring safety in mind high risk activity that develops enterprise. In connection with the recommendations made by the Occupational Medicine it is necessary to carry out the following activities to reduce the risk when working in the company: providing collective and personal protective equipment for employees, the establishment of places for recreation, improving the microclimate working sreda. The primary and most important result of the project is to increase productivity by improving the working conditions and welfare of workers and as a result, reduce accident rates, the number of lost due to accidents and occupational diseases days related razhodi. For carrying out normal production process required workers to provide good conditions. This translates into existence as a certain material base and in the maintenance and regulation of certain parameters of the physical environment such as temperature, humidity, movement of vazduha. The state material and technical base of the company e predpostavka efficient and productive forces the successful achievement of production and economic goals. The implementation of this project proposal will provide a good and safe working conditions in the enterprise, which translates into providing personal and collective protective equipment, improving the working environment by optimizing the microclimate of working premises and equipment of the amenities of workers, raising resource efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise.
