Investment for healthier and safer working conditions in OPTIX JSC

The project proposal involves the following: 1. Development, adaptation and introduction of a system for human resources development in the "Optics" JSC. The activity targets to optimize the management and development of human resources. 2.Providing healthier and safer working conditions, improvement of work and health status of the employees in "Optics" JSC. The activity will be carried out by purchasing personal protective equipment and special workwear, providing means of collective protection by buying 18 new more contemporary and technological laminar flow hoods, ergonomic chairs, desk magnifiers and desk lamps. A modernization and reconstruction of the ventilation system in the workshop "blanks" will be performed. 3.Training of workers and employees about specific health risks on the workplace and the methods for their prevention will be provided. 4.Providing social benefits for "Optics" JSC employees - providing access for people with disabilities by stairs renovation and railings placement. A rest and dining room premise in the Popintsi facility will be differentiated. 5. Information and publicity of project proposal. Three permanent information board will be placed on the three main company sites. 100 pcs of folders with informational materials (chemical, brochure, key chain, notepad paperback name and project number) will be produced. 50 stickers will be placed on the purchased equipment and furniture. An article in online media, about the implementation of the project, will published - at the end of the project. 6.Project management and organisation. The project proposal includes one project manager, coordinator and accountant, all appointed on civil contracts. This activity will be implemented by the management team of the project, based on constant interaction and communication between the project manager, the acoountant and coordinator.
