Increasing the safety and health conditions of work and the provision of social benefits for employees "VJF Engineering "Ltd

With its 20 years of experience, today "VJF Engineering" Ltd is among the leading companies in Bulgaria for innovative construction solutions in the sector "Infrastructure projects and projects for environmental protection. The management team of the company is convinced that safety and health work are a major concern for employers, especially if they want to compete on the European and world market, to apply modern principles of management based on corporate social responsibility. The project aims to upgrade operations performed so far on providing safe and healthy conditions of work and plans the following measures: 1. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development 2. Provide safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees 3. Ensuring social benefits for workers - places for recreation, a place for sport. 4. Provide transport of employees - to and from the workplace. 5. Promotion of the qualification of employees through trainings The target group of the project proposal includes all 53 employees at the time officials "VJF Engineering" Ltd, divided into two main categories: administration and construction. A large part of the company's resources are aimed at protecting all workers and ensure the safety and health at work. This project will complement activities carried out to date and will provide an opportunity to reach the maximum level of safety would help prevent accidents, reduce the cost of absenteeism from work and treatment of staff and last but not least will build on the efforts of management in the direction of providing a safe and healthy working conditions for workers and the promotion of the seriousness and importance of this kind of activities.
