Creating safe working conditions and providing social benefits to workers Aquahit Ltd.

The project proposal aims extensive creation of safe and healthy working conditions in a company with a long-standing experience in wholesale of mineral water. “Aquahit” Ltd., following its strategy for development and personnel policy, plans to ensure protective clothing, shoes and personal safety equipment for each employee of the company. This aims the establishment of work habits and keep safety first. Under the project, quality control system will be implemented to supervise the working time and the access of the employees as this will provide information about being at work on time, delays, and registered events. Implementation of such control system will improve organization of the work as well as will optimize the working processes. Each of the employees in the company will be involved in specialized trainings referring to the specific health risks related to the individual working place as well as the methods and the resources for risks prevention. All the employees and workers will receive training on safety work with the equipment and technologies implemented within the project. For improving company’s microclimate, implementation of corporate social responsibility and fair working environment will be launched - social gains for employees will be provided such as suitably equipped and furnished places for lunch and rest, sport activities in both administrative office and storages. Attractive social conditions for motivated employees will be provided by adopting unified corporate culture. Proper publicity and visualization of the project will popularize the EU support for improving conditions in small enterprises working in the trade sphere. Experts’ team will be set up for the proper organization, implementation and report of the project activities.
