Improvement of the working environment at "Voicecom" AD by implementation of activities aiming provision of good and safe working conditions for the company employees.

The project proposal is an additional part of the realization of the strategic priorities of company’s management to provide good and healthy working environment for the employees as a main precondition for economic growth.The main purpose of the project is quality change in the organization of working processes for implementation of a system, which allows the majority of the employees to start working from distance or use other forms of flexible work practices.The activities will be implemented by current employees, possessing longstanding specific experience in similar activities and projects, and partially by independent contractors. The activities include the two main aspects of the system development. The first aspect is documentary, including analysis of the legislation, the needs and possibilities the company to enforce flexible working practices and analysis of specifications of the permanent positions; preparation of internal rules and policies for promoting active ageing of older employees, which have to be affirmed by the management; preparation of templates of individual employment contracts and/or annexes to them.The second aspect is related to development and implementation of specialized software system for human resources management, focused on assignment and reports on the work, actually done by employees, who will use the introduced measures. With the successful implementation of the project and the accomplishment of the set results and purposes, Voicecom will introduce new organizational practices, models and systems for human resources management that will contribute to environmental protection, provide opportunities for employees' work-life balance and stress management at work and for extending working life of older employees, their fulfilling participation in the working process, professional integration in the company’s activities and satisfaction with the results, reached with respect to their responsibilities and knowledge.
