Bulgaria Engineering JSC aims to improve the working environment in the company by providing good and safe working conditions, effective and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. This will be achieved by developing a system for human resources management, implementation of human resources management software and purchase of equipment and PPE for the organization's employees. As a result of the activities: - flexible forms of employment will be introduced that will help the balancing of personal, family and professional life - Systems for professional and career development will be implemented - New models of work organization aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection - New practices for personnel planning, selection and recruitment The project target group includes all 8 employees of the company, one of which is over 54 years old. The project duration will be 12 months.
