The project proposal "Improving working conditions in the "HARMONT" Ltd., by developing and implementing a strategy for human resource development, provision of PPE and special clothing with a higher degree of protection" is aimed at improving the working environment in the enterprise, by providing good and safe working conditions, introduction of efficient and flexible forms of work organization, introduction of efficient and flexible forms of work organization, human resource management and providing social benefits for the employees , which will contribute to reducing the risks leading to occupational diseases and injuries, optimal combination of professional, private and family life employees and extending the activity and employment of older workers .These measures, implemented under Priority Axis 1 "Improving access to employment and job quality" OP HRD covering investment priority 7 Adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to chang , with the specific objective 1 "Increasing the number of covered employees in companies that have introduced new systems, practices and tools to develop human resources and improve the organization and working conditions" will lead to the introduction in the company - candidate of innovative models of organization and management, labour and human resources, increasing labor productivity and competitiveness of the company as well as environmental protection . The implementation of the project proposal activities will help solve general and specific problems of the target group, consisting of all 22 employees in the company, of which 4 are persons over 54 years of age and 2 disabled workers, issued a decision of LEDC. The expected results of the implementation of activities under the project proposal are linked to ensure safe working conditions and preventing the risk of accidents; increased security at work; better organization of work; increased satisfaction.
