Improvement of working conditions and safety in "Autotrade" Ltd.

Project proposal "Improvement of working conditions and safety in "Autotrade" Ltd." develops initiative of providing good and safe working conditions in Autotrade Ltd. by improving the quality of the work environment, work organization and management of human resources, which in turn will reflect positively on labor productivity. The project includes a number of measures for improving the quality and safety of the working environment, as the set general and specific objectives fully correspond to the objectives and priorities of the HRD OP and scheme "Good and safe working conditions" like access to safe and sustainable employment in favor of the fight against poverty and social exclusion. According to the needs and capabilities of enterprise, project plans activities for optimization of human resources management, in particular - Practices for easier reconciliation of private and professional life of young employees; mechanisms to extend the working life of the employees over 54 years of age; flexible forms of employment, planning and recruitment; providing organized transport to and from the workplace by employees domiciled outside the city of Varna, measures to improve resource efficiency through the reuse of waste materials and others. In addition, the project proposal provides secure working conditions and environment through the acquisition and provision of means of collective and personal protection. All described in the proposal activities are consistent and fully correspond to objectives and the EU strategy "Europe" 2020 for the modernization of public policies and combating poverty and social exclusion through investment in human capital. Achieving the goals will be supported by a project management team and measures for promotion and visualization of the results of realization of the activities.
