Establishing a better and safe labor conditions in "GALINA - DIMITAR 2" EOOD

"Galina - Dimitar 2" Ltd. - Plovdiv town was established in 2009 with main activity a production of refrigerated showcases for food, meat, sausages and dairy products, confectionery display cases, hot display cases for nuts, warm windows for meals, food and industrial goods stillages, advertising shelves, stillages for packaged nuts , booth tables. Throughout its existence, unless the proper infrastructure for production, management of the organization paid attention to and took care for its human resources. There are provided, required by law, safe working conditions In the organization, but one of the aims of the enterprise has always been, they can be upgraded. In line with its policy of improving work and rest conditions in "Galina - Dimitar 2" Ltd. is the current project also, in which the following activities are set: 1. Development and implementation of a system for human resources development. 2. Safety working condition provision, improvement of the professional and health status of the employees, with: 2.1. Providing means of collective protection; 2.2. Purchase of individual safety equipment and special workwear. 2.3. Employees education of specific health risks associated with the individual workstation and the methods and means of their reduction and prevention. 3. Providing social benefits for employees by creating a place for nutrition and relaxation in the enterprise. With the execution of the activities set in the project the company will have the possibility to improve the working conditions of its employees and to implement new and effective system of labor organization and human resources management. This in turn is expected to improve the quality of workplace, to reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise, and to raise awareness about environmental protection.
