Motivated employees and a better and safe working conditions in "ALIANA" LTD

The project corresponds to the needs of "ALIANA" LTD by introducing systems for human resources management (HRM) and improving conditions and safety at work, as well as the objectives of the OP HRD, the European and national strategic documents for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth. Apply horizontal principles of equal opportunities, sustainable development and non-discrimination. Project goal: to improve the working environment and to improve the quality of jobs in a sewing factory of South Central Region by providing: good and safe working conditions, flexible working arrangements, efficient models of work organization and new systems human resource management. Activities are planned that lead to the following results: -­ Developed and implemented: A strategy for human resources management; HRM software; flexible forms of employment; Program age management and best practices to extend the working life; Charter procedures and internal communication, with new measures to improve communication; Guide for environment and rules for its updating; Action Plan for the Environment; Self-assessment questionnaire and Checklist for verification. -­ Promoting labor mobility and preserving employment of 4 qualified employed with the organization of transport from home to the place of work for 12 months. -­ Improving working conditions through special personal protective equipment; new collective remedies (central air conditioning system) and training of 36 persons to work with the new equipment. -­ Equipment of social advantages for dining and relaxation. The project will have a positive impact on motivation and productivity of the target group, which includes all 152 employees of the enterprise, incl. 17 persons over 54 years old. Throughout the 15 months duration of the project the rules on publicity will be followed.
