Improving the organization of work activity in Saint Ekaterina University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment

This project will be implemented by “Saint Ekaterina University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment” Pls. It meets the general and the specific requirements for eligibility of the applicants according to the current procedure requirements. General objective: Improving the working conditions in “Saint Ekaterina University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment” Pls by providing fine and safe working conditions. Specific objectives: • Optimizing the working processes in “Saint Ekaterina University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment” Pls by developing, adapting and introducing a human resources development system and a specialized software. • Providing a safe and healthy working environment in “Saint Ekaterina University Multiprofile Hospital for Active Treatment” Pls by purchasing PPE and special workwear and providing funds for collective protection service. In order for the planned results to be achieved, with the project proposal, it is expected the following activities to be completed: • Organization and management of the project. • Developing, adapting and introducing a human resources development system. • Providing a human resources management software. • Providing funds for collective protection service. • Purchasing PPE and special workwear. • Providing information and publicity of the project. Total eligible costs: 488 060,00 BGN Total amount of the grant: 390 448,00 BGN The project will be implemented on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria and does not provide for its implementation to be in partnership with other companies or organizations. Duration: 12 (twelve) months Expected results: Fully integrated human resources development system and software; provided funds for communal protection service; purchased PPE and special workwear; high public awareness of the society about the financial contribution of the European Union to the project.
