Good and safe working conditions in "Fox Laser" Ltd

The project proposal "Good and safe working conditions in" Fox Laser "Ltd." unfolds initiative to provide good and safe working conditions by improving the quality of the work environment, work organization and management of human resources, which will reflects positively on labor productivity in the company. The project includes a number of measures for improving the quality and the security of the working environment, as set for achieving general and specific objectives lead to results fully consistent with the objectives and priorities of the Operational Programme Human Resources Development and scheme Good and safe working conditions, namely access to safe and sustainable employment for the fight against poverty and social exclusion. According to the needs and opportunities of the "Fox Laser" Ltd, project activities are planned optimization of management and human resources development, in particular - Practices for easy joint of private and professional life of young employees; mechanisms to extend the working life of the project included persons over 54 age; flexible forms of employment, planning and recruitment; measures to protect the environment by optimizing production processes, development and implementation of BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 and others. The project proposal provides securing of working environment through the acquisition and provision of means of collective and personal protection to improve working conditions and improve the microclimate in the workplace for the target group of 164 persons described in section 11. All described in the proposal activities are consistent and fully correspond to objectives and the EU strategy "Europe" 2020 for the modernization of public policies and combating poverty and social exclusion through investment in human capital. Achieving the goals will be supported by a team of project management and measures to promote and visualization of results of realization of the activities.
