Integrated measures to ensure a better and safer work environment in Calcit AD

This project is aimed at providing an attractive, healthy, safe and sustainable work environment in Calcit AD, which takes into account the specific needs and promotes the development of employees while contributing to the company growth. To achieve this, the project comprises comprehensive integrated measures aimed at ensuring a good and safe working conditions in Calcit AD, including development and implementation of practices for the management of human resources targeted to the needs of workers over 54 and parents of young children, the modernization of existing dust-collecting installations in departments "Lime" and "Carbid" by replacing the filter bags, securing power substations with tools for protection against electric shock, buying clothing and personal protective equipment in accordance with the approved program to minimize the risk in the enterprise. The expected positive effects of the project are associated with improved health protection of workers in production units in the enterprise and reduced risk of accidents, created conditions for extending the working lives of older workers, provided better opportunities to reconcile family and professional life, provided better access for people with disabilities, as well as reduced harmful environmental impact of administrative activities.
