Improving working conditions and providing organized transport for employees of ISKRA Ltd.

With the implementation of this project proposal "Iskra" Ltd. aims to provide a better working environment for the employees of the company through a combination of measures to improve the conditions and organization of work in the enterprise and preserving jobs for eight employees the company persons who have their jobs are outside the locality in which they live, providing they are organizing transportation to work. Planned for implementation within the project proposal activities, including development of a system for human resources development and acquisition of software management, aimed at optimizing the management and development of human resources in the enterprise, providing a healthy and safe working conditions by reconstruction and building of local aspiration systems and air conditioning of the premises, building fire alarm system and installation of a gas signal device in "Boiler room", replacement of chairs, modernization of the system of hydrants by replacing the hoses and nozzles, acquiring certification standard BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 and provide social benefits for workers in the enterprise aimed at creating favorable conditions in "Iskra" Ltd. and are carved in compliance with the standards and requirements of legislation on safety and health at work. In addition, the project proposal provides implementation and activities related to the provision of organized transportation to and from work for eight persons employed in the enterprise who live outside the settlement, which is their job. In this way, through the implementation of project activities and investing in creating a better and safer working conditions and higher levels of sustainable employment will improve the quality of jobs, which will reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise and increase its competitiveness.
