El Control Ltd. is a medium enterprise, founded in 1999 in Stara Zagora. The main activity is electrical installation, commissioning and repair work in the field of energy. The company has its own administrative-commercial and manufacturing base and qualified staff of 142 people. The company is developing rapidly and expanding its staff annually, which is the most valuable resource. Therefore, it is particularly important to create a favorable and safe working environment for employment. For the health of workers have undertaken number of measures that are outlined in this project. Its main objective is to improve the working environment by introducing effective and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, and by providing good and safe working conditions, leading to higher job quality and labor productivity. This objective can be achieved through the implementation of three specific objectives: 1) Introduction of an innovative model of work organization and human resource development through the use of ICT; 2) Protecting the health and lives of workers by providing a good and safe working conditions leading to increased quality of jobs; 3) Creating conditions for increasing labor productivity by improving the working environment. For their achievement will be implemented 3 main activities: 1. Development of new modules and add functionality to the electronic system for human resource development of El Control Ltd.; 2. Providing a safe and healthy working conditions at workplaces; 3. Providing conditions for dining, recreation and sport for the staff by equipping the premises and supply of household containers; and 2 auxiliary activities: Information and publicity, and Organization and management of the project. The result will be upgraded existing electronic system for HRD; will be provided collective and personal protective equipment and special clothing as well, and social benefits for workers.
