Improvement of the working conditions in M+S Hydraulic JSC

The need for the implementation of this project is based on the goals of the management of M+S Hydraulic AD for maintaining and enhancing health and safety at work and for monitoring the risks for limiting the harmful effect of the factors of the work environment on the health of workers, for optimizing the work organization and the human resources management. The management’s major task is to establish healthy and safe work environment that ensures better performance, enhanced motivation of the staff and support for the company’s productivity and competitive power. The company has fulfilled the legal requirements in terms of the organization of works under the Health and Safety at Work Act, i.e. the persons and offices working in this field are nominated and constituted, respectively. The company has signed contract with an Occupational Medicine Agency that assesses the risk for the health and safety of workers, provides consultations and advice for ensuring healthy and safe work conditions. The project activities will contribute to the improvement of the work environment of the company’s workers, the work organization and the human resources management, which in its turn will enhance the quality of jobs and the company’s productivity. The work conditions in the company will become more adequate for the needs of the external economic environment and the internal requirements of the workers and employees. M+C Hydraulic plans to implement the following activities under the project: - Purchase of software and hardware for human resources management in the company for the purposes of optimizing and improving the company’s human resources management system; - Purchase of collective and personal protective equipment and special clothing for ensuring healthy and safe work conditions; - Repair and equipment of eating room and purchase of tennis table for providing social benefits for the workers.
