Improving working conditions and safety of employees "Petrov Technology" Ltd.

This project proposal is aimed at improving working conditions and risk prevention in the course of daily business activities Petrov Technology Ltd.,. Sofia. The company operating 127 employee in various capacities, of which 34 persons are over 54 years and 6 persons were reassigned. The main objective of the management of Petrov Technology Ltd., is associated with providing good and safe working conditions. In connection with the recommendations made by the Occupational Medicine it is necessary to carry out the following activities: - Providing Employees of PPE and specialized clothing; - Securing Of social benefits in the form of places for short rest and their equipment; Providing a means of collective protection products5, including modernization and safety of existing facilities.    To achieve the above objectives and implementation of the measures prescribed by the Occupational Health Service will implement the following activities: 1.Forming team management and project implementation. 2.Providing good and safe working conditions, improve work and health status of employees. -Purchase of specialized PPE and clothing; -Purchase of means of collective protection products5; Improving working conditions; -providing places and spaces for short-term recreation and their equipment; Improving the microclimate in the enterprise. 3 Acquisition of standards for safety BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Ocupational Health and Safety System). 4.Providing of information and publicity. With the implementation of the planned project activities will achieve the following results: -Securing implementation; -Providing the necessary PPE specialized clothing; Improving working conditions, improvement of work and health of employees and workers in Petrov Technology Ltd; providing a publicity project.
