Safe, Secure and Quality Work at Kambera and Son BG Ltd.

Kambera and Son BG Ltd. produces high quality wooden glassing, luxury interior and exterior doors and custom furniture. Through the implementation of the project the company aims to ensure working environment and working conditions in compliance with the highest European standards. Kambera and Son BG Ltd. has its own standing goal to improve the quality of the workplaces and the organization and management of the human resources which would be achieved also through this project. At current the employer already provides its staff with occupational safety and health well above the minimal requirements stipulated in the applicable legislation. Through the implementation of the project a substantial improvement of the working environment and the protection of workers will be achieved by provision of suitable micro-climate through new ventilation and climate-control in part of its premises and the acquisition of collective and personal protective equipment and special clothing. There will also be investments in better lighting at the workplaces in order to reduce risks. The activities are aligned with the requirements of the working places, potential threats and occupational risks. A social benefit for the personnel will be provided and equipped in the form of a dedicated dining and rest area. The opportunity for introduction of innovative practices and systems for human resources development in the company will be fully utilized with the aim for better reconciliation of private and professional life and amendments in the working time organization. For the achievement of these objectives will be acquired special human resources management software developed and adopted according to the specific needs of the company and its staff. The envisaged activities will also have a positive effect on the quality and productivity of labour in Kambera and Son BG Ltd..
