Improved quality and sustainability of employment at Moni-83 through measures for ensuring good and safety working conditions

The main objective of the current project proposal is improvement of the working environment in "Moni -93" by ensuring good, healthy and safe working conditions in the enterprise. The target group includes 27 employees of the enterprise, of whom 3 aged over 54 years. The project will launch by the nomination of a project team and the distribution of tasks between its members. It will be followed by activities for providing means of collective protection, purchase of PPE and special clothing, providing organized transport for a period of 12 months, equipment of a room for short rest. Due visualization will be provided throughout the whole project implementation. The investment in a heating system and aspiration tools will improve the overall microclimate at the production premises, solving existing problems related to temperature, harmful gases and dust. Buying modern and improved PPE and special working clothing will provide for the highest protection of workers. The ensuring of organized transport will contribute to overcoming the difficulties of our employees living in settlements outside Bogdan. The equipment of a room for short rest will help alleviate physical and mental stress of the employees. In terms of our needs as an employer, the project will enable us to keep the employment of our employees from other settlements and create favorable working environment whereby the employees feel protected, work in a healthy microclimate and effectively relax from accumulated tension. The project implementation will greatly improve the quality of employment at "Moni-83". Our employees will gain assurance that the necessary measures are taken to ensure their health and good professional status. Improved working conditions and improved safety will increase the motivation of our employees and their productivity. This will contribute to maintaining sustainable employment in our company.
