The project aims to improve the social, safety- health and working conditions for carrying business activities in "TEDA - MM"Ltd. The specific objectives are focused on optimizing the management of business processes and HR, prolonging working life of individuals over 54 years old,ensuring access for people with disabilities; ensure healthy and safe working conditions; improve social living conditions for rest and dining. The project includes all employees as target group with a focus on staff over 54 years and people with disabilities. The following activities and measures will be carried out: developing a strategic plan for HR development program for the optimizing of business processes;mentoring programs for prolonging working life of individuals over 54 years old; company policies for selecting and working with people with disabilities;providing PPE and ergonomic chairs, repair and equipment in dining room. Two activities are planned related to organization and management, and information and publicity. The project will contribute to: -introduction methods for strategic planning of human resources, business process optimization and prolongation of working life of individuals over 54 years, ensuring access for people with disabilities with people. -improving health and safety work conditions and achieving better provision with personal remedies; increasing levels of personal means for protection and safety in carrying out work duties -creating an improved personal environment and providing appropriate space for preparation and consumption of food and employees’ recreation. Direct results: -Developed and implemented a strategic plan for human resources; innovative models for optimization of business processes; mentoring program; policies for selecting and working with people with disabilities -Delivered PPE and ergonomic chairs -Repaired and delivered equipment for dining room -Executed measures on resource’s efficiency and environmental protection;
