A better working environment for quality work

This project includes activities for improvement the working environment in Spartak JSC. The main activities scheduled for implementation are: 1. Introducing effective and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management with an accent to employees aged over 54 years and the opportunities for reconciliation the personal and professional life. 2. Improving currently used personal protective equipment and special work clothing trough providing new more modern and reliable personal protective equipment and work clothing. 3. Recertifying according International Standard OHSAS 18001 for health and safety, this will ensure better quality at working place and will increase labour productivity. 4. Ensuring collective protection trough buying protective screens and fences for dividing the working places in the production department. Replacing broken roof panels. 5. Furnishing room for rest and food for the employees, this will provide quality rest and will improve motivation of the employees. 6. Providing ergonomic chairs for the employees, who are working with video displays for prevention musculo-skeletal diseases, psycho stress and ensuring better comfort. 7. Providing organized transport in both directions for the employees with different residential address – up to 100 km from the address of working place. 8. Training of the employees for specific risks connected with the work performed in the enterprise by plan and schedule, in accordance with the requirements of the Employer. 9. Informing and publicity for the financial support from The European Union. 10. Organization and management of the project. The indications for achieving the goals of the project are: - Provided modern personal protective equipment and working clothes for all employees- 65 person. - Acquired certification in accordance with international Standard OHSAS 18001- 1 pce. - Provided rest room for rest and food-1 pce.
