The project aims to overcome the existing deficiencies in the company regarding the quality of jobs and opportunities to ensure sustainable employment by achieving the following specific objectives : 1. Optimization of business processes , including ensuring flexible forms of employment for easier reconciliation of work , family and private life and to extend the working life of older workers 2. To protect the working places. The project envisages the following activities corresponding to the specific objectives: Developing and implementing a system for managing human resources " Hemus Highways ' AD - Development and implementation of system for human resource management in " Hemus Highways ' JSC - Providing organized transport for the employees in the branches of " Hemus Highways " JSC from and to the working place 3. As a result of implementation of these activities will achieve the following expected results: - Improved quality of jobs by developing and implementing a system for managing human resources , including the introduction of flexible forms of employment for the optimization of business processes to motivate the professional development of employees combine work, family and private life extension working life of employees over 54 years of age; - Ensuring sustainable employment and preserve jobs in the company.
