Ensuring good working conditions in "Mazalat" Ltd.

Through implementation of the project aims to improve the working environment "Mazalat" Ltd., providing safe and healthy working conditions through the implementation of means of collective protection; providing benefits to employees; development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in enterprises. Project activities are aimed at all 50 employees of "Mazalat" Ltd, which are included as a target group envisage measures to support 20 people over 54 years old and disabled people - 4 people. Measures are set for development in the field of environmental policy and policy on climate change and resource efficiency, measures enhancing reconciliation of work, family and private life as well as measures to ensure access for people with disabilities. In the main actions are set out more: - Optimize workflows and creating opportunities for flexible forms of employment - Introducing practices to extend the working lives of workers and employees over AD 54. age - Providing benefits for workers - repair and equipment for recreation, nutrition and relaxation in the enterprise, sports facilities and a playground. - Acquisition of standard safety. The project also provides management activities, publicity and visualization, in accordance with the requirements of a manual beneficiary implementing rules for information and communication 2014-2020, The expected results of the project will be improved elements of working conditions: - Social benefits - the formation and equipment of the dining room, recreation room, playground and gym, - Increasing the motivation of the employees; - Increasing productivity; - Acquired standard safety BS OHSAS 18001: 2007
