The project aims to improve working conditions and safety in the work environment, stimulate the development of human capital, raise employment levels and increase business productivity. Specific objectives include the introduction of flexible forms of employment, to help the integration of private and professional lives of employees, including, providing a chance for women with young children to be active and allow people over 54 years old to work; provision of enterprise software for human resources management; ensuring safe working conditions and a healthy regimen of rest, by providing PPE and social benefits. The target group includes all 41 employees of "ELSTART" Ltd., of which 14 men and 2 women aged over 54 years. Project activities are aimed at ensuring a safe working environment for all of the enterprise, as well as providing an opportunity for reorganizing work processes and the introduction of specialized software, enabeling the introduction of flexible forms of employment. Expected results: - Introduction of flexible forms of employment, to promote the integration of private and professional life - Integrated practices for greater involvement in the process of people aged over 54 years, giving them the possibility of various forms of further education - Developed strategy for the organization of work processes and embedded software for human resources management - Improved safety and working conditions by providing the necessary PPE, workwear and collective protective equipment - Improved working environment and increased welfare of employees by providing social benefits - Employees familiar with all workplace hazards and measures for their prevention
