The project proposal aims at improvement of working conditions in "Vagonoremonten zavod - 99" AD by combining measures directed to identified needs of company's employees and its strategy for human resources development. Specifically, the project proposal includes: 1) Activities for human resources development aiming at better better organization of labour process, creating conditions for better reconciliation of professional and personal life and for successful professional life of elderly employees and aiming at green skills development; 2) Providing transportation of employees to and from their workplace; 3) Providing safe, healthy and better working conditions. The project implementation will lead to provision of safe and good working environment with improved organizational processes and attention to the environment. These measures will result in improved health, quality of life and productivity of employees, which will help to maintain long-term employment.
