Improving the quality of work places at "MIKS CONSTRUCTION" Ltd. by providing health and safe occupational conditions

The implementation of this project satisfies the need for improving the working environment in enterprises by providing safety and health occupational conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. The target groups of the project are employed, including self-employed persons, persons over 54 years of age as well as emplyed persons with disabilities. The main objective of the project is to improve the working environment by providing safety and health working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of organization and human resources management. The main objective is achieved by following specific goals: 1) Providing opportunities for easier reconciliation of work, family and private life and extention of the working life of older workers through the introduction of innovative models of work organization in enterprises aimed at increasing productivity and environmental conservation. 2) Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving work and health status of employees by providing means of collective protection, provision of personal protection means and special work clothes and acquisition of ISO 45001 standard. 3) Providing benefits to employees in order to create better quality and sustainable employment. The expected results of the project are aimed at enabling the company to introduce innovative models of work organization aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection. These measures are part of the support that the OP Human Resources Development provides for the transition to an economy that is environmentally sustainable and resource-efficient. Results are achieved through activities associated with providing safe and helathy occupational conditions of the target group through various measures promoting employment and coping with poverty and social exclusion.
