Good and safe working conditions in HOUS MADING LTD

One of the main priorities of HOUS MADING LTD is the continuous improvement of the working environment in the enterprise. The need to improve the quality of jobs led to a fundamental need to ensure good and safe working conditions. Satisfying this need is one of the main objectives of the project. Through the implementation of the envisaged project activities: 1. Development, adaptation and introduction of a system for human resources development, incl. for flexible forms of employment to optimize workflows, with a focus on practices to facilitate the reconciliation of work, family and private life and extend the working life of older employees(aged of 54 years) 2. Providing organized transportation to and from work for employees in the company 3. Providing safe and healthy working conditions by buying means of collective protection, LPS, SPO 4. Providing benefits for workers by place for eating and short rest 5. Organization and Management Project 6. Information and Publicity it will be possible to achieve the overall objective of the project. As a result of implementation of project activities will be: place effective and flexible forms of employment through purchased and implemented a system to record working time; introduced practices to extend the working lives of employees over 54 years; purchased and implemented software for managing human resources; provided transportation of 3 people to and from workplace; purchased means of collective protection, LPS and SPO; provided places for eating and short rest;created team project management; made visualization materials. The target group involved in the project covers all employees in the company (17 people) by 3 people are employed over 54 years. During the project implementation company will use the experience gained over years of experience in implementing similar activities and will monitor compliance with the horizontal principles of OP HRD.
