Providing a good and safe working conditions in "Europe tricot" JSC

The project proposal aims to improve the working environment in "Europe tricot" JSC by providing a safe and healthy working conditions; providing means of collective protection; providing benefits to employees; development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in enterprises. Project activities are aimed at 74 representative of the target group, employees of "Europe tricot" AD include measures to support 16 persons over 54 years of age and people with disabilities - 7 people. There are development measures in the field of environmental policy and policy on climate change and resource efficiency, measures enhancing reconciliation of work, family and private life as well as measures to ensure access for people with disabilities. In the main actions are set out more: - Creating opportunities for flexible forms of employment in order to optimize business processes - Provision of transport organized by the employer to and from the workplace for employees in the undertaking concerned persons for up to 12 months - Providing benefits for workers - repair and equipment for recreation, nutrition and relaxation in the enterprise, sports facilities and a playground. The project also provides management activities, publicity and visualization, in accordance with the requirements of a manual beneficiary implementing rules for information and communication 2014-2020, The expected results of the project will be improved elements of working conditions: - Microclimate - air temperature, - Lighting - Social benefits - the formation and equipment of the dining room, recreation room, playground and gym, - Increasing the motivation of the employees; - Increasing productivity; - To minimize the possibility of an occupational disease
