Improving working environment and working conditions in "Congress Engineering" OpLtd.

The company has many years of experience in organizing events and comprehensive information services for all types of events. It mainly deals with hiring of a full range of professional equipment for the technical support of conference events.The main activity is 62.09"Other activities in the field of information technology",but there is an additional economic activity -77.39 "Renting and leasing of other machinery, equipment and tangible goods n.e.c.”, which is the main activity code of this project proposal. The company has established its name as a reliable partner as well as a loyal employer striving to improve the quality and conditions of employment. The company's goal is to support for active behavior on the labour market, providing healthier and safer work conditions and income with respect to quality and productivity and increase of investments in human capital. The current project aims to create better working environment and quality working conditions of employees in "Congress Engineering" and priority target groups, people with disabilities and people over 54 years. The objectives set by this project are fully in line with the objectives of OP “Human Resources Development” - improving the quality of life of people in Bulgaria through improving human capital, achieving high levels of employment, promotion of services and strengthening social inclusion. The project includes the following activities: Information and publicity; Forming a team for organization and management of project development, Adaptation and implementation of systems for the managing and developing human resources;Providing means of collective protection including modernization and / or reconstruction and / or fencing of facilities, processes, machinery and equipment; Purchase of Personal protective equipment and special clothing; training of 17 "Congress Engineering" employees on specific health risks associated with their individual workplace; Providing social benefits to employees.
