"Safe and healthy working environment in “ISS” LTD

In a brief summary, the objectives set by "IBS" Ltd. for achieving sustainable results after the implementation of this project proposal are: 1.To form a project team of one director and one accountant with proper education and extensive professional experience, which will be engaged not only with the management and implementation of the project, but also with the conduction of the procedures according ZUSESIF/ PMS118/ LPP; they will also organize workshops and will prepare interim and final technical and financial reports 2.To introduce flexible forms of employment and remuneration for the extension of the professional and private life of employees, incl. over 54 years old; to develop a new software system which will be specific to the construction and for the enterprise respectively; innovative models (for the enterprise) for environmental protection will be implemented 3.To buy more modern means of collective protection, PPE and special clothing that will improve and build on the occupational safety in the enterprise 4.With the conduction of trainings of 36 workers and employees on specific health risks associated with their individual workplaces, one of the specific objectives of the project proposal - for progress in the development of the company by investing in safe and healthy labor conditions, will be fulfilled 5.The abovementioned trainings for 36 workers and employees to work with the new work equipment will be made to acquire specific skills on the workplace and in relation to improving health and safety 6.We will provide one premises for feeding and short-term relaxation to the target group , by purchasing a van and appropriate equipment in order to create a better social conditions for the workers in the enterprise 7.The popularization of the project will be performed for a period of 12 months and after the project completion and to fulfill the sustainability condition, we will retain 100% of the target group for a period of at least six months
