Improving working conditions in Magna Powertrain Plovdiv EOOD

The overall objective of the project is to improve the working environment, to maintain employment and to increase the level of sustainable employment in Magna Powertrain Plovdiv Ltd., which will reflect positively on the quality of jobs and productivity. The specific objectives of the project are: - Optimizing business processes and improving the balance between work, family and private life for 12 people over 54 and 32 parents with children up to 6 years - Extending working life of 12 older employees - Ensuring sustainable employment, a good income and opportunity for professional development and improving balance between professional, private and family life for 125 persons with current address outside the place of employment - Improving safety at work for 80 persons in the Assembly Workshop of the enterprise - Improving the quality of 200 jobs and improving labor productivity in the enterprise The activities and the measures to be implemented to achieve the planned results are: - Activity "Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development.... Introduction of innovative models of work organization", which includes measures for optimizing business processes and introducing practices for reconciling work, family and private life, and introducing practices for prolonging working life of older employees; - Activity "Provision of transport for employees, organized by the employer to and from the workplace for a period of 12 months," which includes a measure for providing transportation to and from the workplace; - Activity "Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improving work and health status of employees" which includes a measure for introducing collective protective means. Within the framework of activities are also included measures to achieve compliance with the objectives on environment, climate change and resource efficiency.
