By developing of this project proposal, "TETBRYULE 2" Ltd. aims to improve the working environment of employees at the company, with workplace Yambol city and Sliven city - the target group for this project, by optimizing the organization and human resources management , improvement of work and health status of employees, introduction an measures for easier reconciliation of private and professional life, extending the working life for older workers (over. 54 years) and reduceing the negative impact on the environment. Achieving such targets will be realized by implementing the following activities included in the proposal: 1. Implementation an effective integrated human resources management system - in focus on improving the management and development of human resources through the optimization of business processes, incl. the implementation a flexible employment practices enabling the support for older workers (over 54 years). 2. Providing a safe and healthy working conditions, improving work and health status of employees - such as measures to prevent the risk of injuries and accidents in the workplace; 3. Create a socio acquisitions - to increase morale and motivation, and reduce the stress of working on target group; The expected result of the project is to meet the needs of the target group to improve the quality of their jobs at implementing the development strategy of " TETBRYULE 2 " Ltd. to provide stable employment and increasing the productivity at the company.
