Good and safe working conditions in M-Press LTD

The project proposal aims to provide good and safe working conditions "M-Press" Ltd. and improve the working environment in the company, through measures promoting the reconciliation of work, family and private life support measures for persons over 54 years of age, development measures in the area of ​​environmental policy, providing means of collective protection and social benefits for workers. Project activities are aimed at all 24 employees of "M-Press" Ltd., which are included as a target group. We envisage measures to support 3 people over 54 years old and a worker with disabilities. In the main actions are set out more: - Creating opportunities for flexible forms of employment in order to optimize business processes - Providing benefits for workers - repair and equipment for recreation, nutrition and relaxation in the enterprise, sports facilities and a playground. The project also provides management activities, publicity and visualization, in accordance with the requirements of a manual beneficiary implementing rules for information and communication 2014-2020, The expected results of the project will improve next elements of working conditions: - Safe micro-climate - air temperature, - Decreased noise level at safe stage, - Better and healthy lighting, - Social benefits - creation and equipment of the dining room, recreation room, playground and gym, - Increased motivation of the employees; - Increased productivity; - To minimize the possibility of an occupational disease.
