Improving work environment in "ET MULTIENGINEERING - Ivanka Angelova"

The project proposal envisages improving the working environment and quality of jobs in "ET MULTENGINEERING - Ivanka Angelova." The company works in the field of engineering as its core business is the design, manufacture, installation and servicing and maintenance of machines and equipment for the food industry. At the company are working 45 employed persons, 36 of them are production base city in Sofia and the remaining 9 are working in the production base of the undertaking in the city Pavlikeni. This project proposal envisages to implement activities associated with the identified needs of the target group that can be carried out through activities including: 1. Organization and Management; 2. Publicity and visualization 3. Optimization of business processes by introducing flexible forms of employment; 4. Ensuring organized transport employees to and from work; 5. Provide means of collective protection; 6. Purchase of workwear and personal protective equipment; As a result of the measures taken will improve the quality of life and working conditions of employees in the enterprise entities will reduce health risks and work accidents, which in turn will reflect positively on productivity and contribute to creating conditions for improving access to employment and job quality. The project proposal includes a target group of 45 employees, including eight people over 54, and will contribute to the implementation of investment priorities and specific objectives of the HRD OP: Investment Priority 7 "Adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change"; Specific objective 1 "Increasing the number of covered employees in companies that have introduced new systems, practices and tools to develop human resources and improve the organization and working conditions."
