Increasing the productivity in ISA-Bulgaria Ltd. by improving working conditions

This project proposal Improving productivity in ISA-Bulgaria Ltd. by improving working conditions is aimed at building a mechanism to ensure compliance and proper application of the relevant European and national legislation on the organization of the labor process and ensuring safe and healthy working conditions in the ISA-Bulgaria Ltd. Project activities include a number of measures for improving the quality and safety of the working environment, as set for achieving general and specific objectives lead to results fully consistent with the objectives and priorities of the HRD OP and scheme Good and safe working conditions, namely access to safe and sustainable employment in favor of the fight against poverty and social exclusion. According to the needs and capabilities of enterprise project planned activities for the optimization of management and human resources development, in particular - practices for easy reconciliation of private and professional life of young employees; mechanisms for prolonging working life included under the project over 54 age, flexible forms of employment, planning and recruitment, measures to protect the environment by optimizing production processes certification standard for safety and health at work BS OHSAS and others. Also, the project proposal provides secure working environment and through acquisition and provision of employees with personal protective equipment. All described in the proposal activities are consistent and fully correspond to objectives and the EU strategy "Europe" 2020 for the modernization of public policies and combating poverty and social exclusion by investment in human capital. Achieving the goals will be supported by a team of project management and measures to promote and visualization of results of realization of the activities. The project proposal is for a period of six months performance, and requested the grant is 102 000.00
