The project envisages improvement of working conditions and safety in Tuneli Ltd. through several key activities. One is developing methodologies to introduce programs and measures to optimize business processes, introducing flexible working time and reconciliation personal and professional life, as well as introducing practices to extend the working life of employees and in particular of 9 persons over '54 Also, the project will provide 6 modern movable containers which can be used by employees for recreation, food and sports of various objects in all seasons, and purchasing recommended in the assessment of risk and the program now risk minimization fans to ensure the safety and conduct of training on specific hazards in the workplace. It is also envisaged introducing standard safety OHSAS 18001. The project will also improve access to the workplace of a person with a disability. There are also mandatory activity in organization and management and publicity.
