Improving working conditions in "E.S.S. - COMPANY" Ltd.

This project proposal is aimed at improving working conditions and risk prevention in the course of daily business activities E.S.S-COMPANY. The company employs 20 staff in various capacities by 11 persons over 54 years and 1 person is reassigned. The main objective of management is related to the provision of good and safe working conditions when performing daily professional duties of our employees and the introduction of flexible forms of work organization and HRM. This project aims to create a quality work environment for all employees included in the target group. The project proposal will also contribute to promoting geographical mobility of workers whose place of employment is outside the settlement in which they live. To achieve the above objective and implementation of the measures prescribed by the STM will implement the following activities: 1. Forming a team organization and management of the project; 2. Developing and adapting the strategy to develop human resources through the purchase of software for HR, innovative training of employees and extends the working life of older employees in the company; 3. Providing a good and safe working conditions by purchasing personal protective equipment and clothing; 4. Improving working conditions in point annual technical inspection in Srednogortsi and in point annual technical inspection in the city. Zlatograd 5. Providing transportation to and from the workplace for employees in "ESS-COMPANY" LTD 6. Providing benefits by equipping the dining and recreation room 7. Providing information and publicity. Provided in the project proposal activities fully correspond to the needs of the target group and long-term priorities and objectives OPHRD. The successful implementation of activities will significantly improve working conditions for employees "E.S.S.-COMPANY" Ltd, which in turn will help increase resource efficiency and effectiveness at work.
