Creating better and healthier working conditions in "Petrol Commerce" LTD

Petrol Commerce Ltd is company that specializes in operating and trade of oil-products, oil tilling, servicing of household and autos. In order to create a better and healthier working environment in the company, this project aims to boost the level of safety and common working condition in Petrol Commerce enterprise. General target group of the project includes all 9 persons. The project activities are aimed at: 1. Organization and Management 2. Organized transport which will increase the level of job stability and mobility 3. Providing a safe and healthy working conditions and improve professional and health status of employees. 4. Securing the workflow through the acquisition of means of collective protection 5. Provision of social benefits to workers in the company Introducing innovative models for the organisation of work in the company 6. Introduction of new models of organization of work in the enterprise 7. Information and Communication -Installing human resource Soft-wear manager The project includes measures to increase the level of safety, prevention and minimize the risk of fires and improve overall working conditions. We anticipate this to be achieved through various LTA/ IFA facilities and equipment. Social benefits and incorporating human resource management soft-wear are key elements of the current project application form. Improving the sustainability of the project results and keeping employment of at least 50% of the target group will be additional surplus value from project proposal activities. All project activities will lead to the expected results by improving the quality of jobs and the working environment as a whole and increasing the level of safety. The ultimate goal and expected outcome of the project proposal is the introduction of new systems, practices and tools to develop human resources, improve organization and working conditions. Increasing the level of safety and fire prevention in the company.
