Improving the working environment in MIKONI Ltd.

This project was developed in response to the needs of the employees of Mikoni Ltd. (20 persons, including 3 persons over 54 year-old and 1 person with disability) and its MAIN OBJECTIVE is to improve the working environment by providing good and safe work conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management, promotion of geographical mobility of the workforce and the provision of social benefits. The realization of the main objective will be accomplished by achieving the following SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES: 1) Provision of safe and healthy working conditions, improving professional and health status of employees; 2) Development of documents introducing new practices and models for human resource management, including: - Increasing productivity and promoting the efficient use of resources; - Introducing flexible working arrangements to balance work and personal life of employees; - Introducing practices to extend the professional lives of older staff (over 54 year olds); 3) Provision of organized transport of personnel to and from the workplace. 4) Equipment of recreation, dining and relaxation area. In order to achieve the objectives of the project, the following specific activities eligible will be implemented: Activity 1. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in enterprises Activity 2. Provision of transport organized by the employer to and from work for up to for the personnel. Activity 3. Provision of safe and healthy working conditions, improving work and health status of employees. Activity 4. Provision of social benefits for workers by equipping recreation, dining and relaxation area. The project also includes the implementation of compulsory activities of this procedure. MIKONI Ltd will maintain the employment of at least 50% of the target group involved in the project for a period of six months after the completion of activities.
