This project proposal aims to improve the working conditions in "Bekra" Ltd. The result which will be achieved is higher quality working environment and safety for the company’s employees during the execution of their work duties. Among the main activities that are planned for the project are the development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development - development of a program for optimization of the management and development of human resources, development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development - a program to introduce innovative model of work organization aimed at increasing productivity and protecting the environment, ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, improvement of the working and health status of employees through the introduction of ergonomic equipment and training aimed to increase their safety while the employees perform their activities and providing benefits for workers, namely equipment for recreation and relaxation. With the implementation of the project proposal the company will undoubtedly achieve significant improvement of the working conditions of its employees and it will increase their satisfaction during work.
