The candidate for this project is a company that continues to evolve and expand directions of economic activities in which it invests and operates successfully. This procedure is in line with the strategic objectives of BGO Media Ltd., and in particular development of the company, by investing in employees. Target groups of the project are employed in the company - total 58. As a result of the project target groups will gain collective protective equipment; will be a separate room for recreation and sports and will create motivation for employees to work. Key project activities: 1. Organization and Management; 2. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development BGO Media; 3. Providing a safe and healthy working conditions improve working and health of employees by providing means of collective protection; 4.Obosobyavane room for recreation and sport; 5. Information and Publicity. The project aims to improve the working environment in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and to reflect positively on labor productivity in enterprises. This project fully meets and is in line with the measures of the labor market, implemented under the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, and those financed under the National Action Plan for Employment for the year.
