Improving working and social environment in QB engineering ltd.

Project "Improving working and social environment in QB engineering ltd." aims mainly to improve the organization and working conditions through human resource development tools. In this connection are selected the specific objectives of the project, namely: - Increasing production efficiency and labor productivity - Reconciling work and family life of employees - Promoting health and safety working conditions and implementing measures to upgrade safety at work - Enhancing knowledge and continuously improving health and safety at working skills - Promoting geographical mobility of the workforce, by providing transportation for employees. The target group of the project is 30 employees of QB Engineering ltd., 4 of which are above 54 years old. The activities planned to achieve the set objectives, in response to the identified needs of the target group are: 1 Activities for organization and management 2 Activities of information and publicity 3 Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in the enterprise, incl. implementation of software for human resources management 4 Provide organized transportation by the employer to and from work for part of the employees of "QB Engineering" Ltd for a period of 12 months 5 Provision of means for collective defense, including modernization and securing existing sites related to improving working conditions 6 Purchase of PPE and special work clothes and employee training on the specific health risks associated with the workstation and the methods and means of their reduction and prevention 7 Provision of benefits for employees, including repair and equipping of places for rest, dine and break in the emterprise, sports facilities and others.
