Providing a good and safe working conditions in IMDL RAMUS

RAMUS IMDL strives to provide the most quality jobs for its employees and continuously improving the working environment and optimize safe working conditions. Continuation of this policy is the main goal of this project proposal - to improve the working environment by providing a good and safe working conditions and the introduction of innovative and effective flexible organization of work and organization of human resources. Achieving this goal that is in complete harmony with the objectives of the procedure will lead to an improvement in the quality of jobs and will reflect positively on labor productivity in RAMUS IMDL. The specific objectives of the project proposal are: -to improve the organization of work and introduction of new systems and practices for managing human resources through the purchase of specialized software -to minimize health risks of employees by providing improved working conditions -to provide opportunities for flexible forms of employment and extending the working life -raising the quality of the work environment through new benefits -to reduce stress levels among employees. The target group of the project are all employees of RAMUS IMDL. For successful implementation of the project will be carried out the following activities: 1. Organization and management of project activities 2 Provide publicity and visualization 3 Provision of enterprise software for human resources management 4 Provision of collective remedies 5 Training of staff stress management 6 Provision of social benefits for employees under form of recreation, leisure and sport. Expected project results are a significant improvement of working conditions, extending the working life of older employees and introduced new organizational models and systems for human resources management.
