Improvement of the working conditions in "VIP" Ltd.

The main objective of the project proposal is to improve the working environment in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions and a favorable social climate, as well as introducing efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. With the implementation of the project will increase the productivity of workers in the enterprise, improve their professional and health status and motivation of employment and thus achieve sustainable employment in the company. The company operates in a sector with a high degree of employee injuries - 2.87. The project is a continuation of the company's policy to create jobs and introducing modern systems of labor standards aimed at improving working conditions. Compliance with the legislative provisions and implementation of project activities for the introduction of flexible forms of employment, the provision of collective defense and social benefits are a prerequisite for building a work environment that to the fullest extent meet the modern demands have to develop human resources and organization employment aimed at increasing productivity and environmental protection in "VIP" Ltd. Set design activities fully comply with the requirements laid down in the program to minimize the risk of the company. The target group of the project are 21 employees who are directly involved in productive activities. 4 of them are persons over 54 years of age and the manager is a person with reduced capacity over 75% Move with rechargeable wheelchair. The expected results of the project are to implement effective policies and measures to ensure a safe and healthy working conditions "VIP" Ltd., creating a positive working environment and introducing practices for easier reconciliation of professional and family life, and extending the working life of older employees.
