Human capital management and ensuring safe and healthy working conditions in the Industrial Fire-Emergency Company Ltd.

"Industrial Fire-Emergency Company" Ltd. was established in 2004 and still its establishment receives permits for fire safety of objects, fire fighting and rescue operations. In fulfillment of the conditions for issuing these permits was appointed the necessary number of employees with many years of experience in the field of fire safety eligible for training and education stipulated in the regulations of the Ministry of Interior. The company operates in full accordance with the provisions of Bulgarian legislation and comply with generally accepted norms in the field of safety and health at work. The management team of the company is confident that these activities are a major concern for employers to apply modern principles of management based on corporate social responsibility. This project aims to upgrade performed to date activities related to the provision of safe and healthy conditions of work and plans the following measures: 1. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development, incl. opportunities for flexible forms of employment; 2. Provide safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees. This project will complement activities carried out to date and will provide an opportunity to reach the maximum level of safety would help prevent accidents, reduce the cost of absenteeism from work and treatment of staff and last but not least will build on the efforts of management in the direction of providing a safe and healthy working conditions for workers and the promotion of the seriousness and importance of this kind of activities.
